Origination: sourcing from Uzbek farms
Uzbekistan's climate — long, sunny summers and fertile irrigated soils — produces legumes, oilseeds and fruit with excellent taste and appearance. We buy from farms in Jizzakh and other key regions, follow each harvest closely and select raw material that can meet export specifications.
Processing and quality control
Our facility in Pakhtakor is equipped for the cleaning and sorting of legumes, seeds and grains. Each lot goes through the same controlled process:
Intake inspection
Raw material from partner farms is sampled for moisture, foreign matter and damage before acceptance.
Machine cleaning
Cleaning lines remove dust, stones, stalks and broken grains; peanuts are cleaned on modern Turkish equipment.
Optical colour sorting
SORTEX and laser colour sorters remove discoloured, damaged and foreign kernels.
Calibration
Products are sized to the calibre stated in the contract (e.g. mung 3.0 mm+, peanuts 6/7/8 mm).
Final check & packing
Moisture, purity and defects are checked against the specification; lots are packed and labelled.
Packaging options
Polypropylene (PP) bags for legumes, seeds, grains and peanuts.
Big bags (FIBC) for bulk shipments of legumes, millet and seeds.
Carton boxes for dried fruits; private label and buyer's packaging on request.
Export logistics
Uzbekistan is connected to China, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the CIS by rail and road, and to world ports via multimodal routes. We organise the whole chain for you.
Containers & trucks
20ft / 40ft containers by rail and multimodal routes, or trucks for regional deliveries.
Export documents
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, quality certificate and other documents required by your country.
Delivery terms
Incoterms and payment terms are agreed for each contract.
Samples
Samples can be sent before contracting so you can check the quality yourself.
